Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase from [AS]. Spray, a DBA of The 714 Group LLC. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains when products may be returned, replaced, or refunded.

1. Returns

We accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unopened

• Unused

• In its original condition

• In its original packaging

To request a return, contact us at info@as-spray.com before sending the product back.

​

Please include your name, order number, and reason for the return.

​

Do not send a return without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

2. Opened or Used Products

​

Because [AS]. Spray is a liquid consumer product, opened or used products are generally not eligible for return.

​

However, if you believe there is a defect, quality issue, or other problem with your product, please contact us. We want to know when something isn't right and will review legitimate product concerns individually.

This restriction does not affect any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

3. Damaged, Leaking, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

​

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at info@as-spray.com.

Please provide:

• Your name

• Order number

• A description of the issue

• Photographs of the product and packaging, when reasonably available

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

You will not be responsible for return shipping costs when we require the return of a product that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please do not use a product if the bottle, seal, packaging, or contents appear damaged or compromised in a way that makes the product unsuitable for use.

4. Return Shipping

​

For eligible returns that are not the result of an error, defect, or shipping damage, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by [AS]. Spray, a defective product, or another circumstance in which a refund of shipping charges is required by law.

We recommend retaining your return shipping information until your return has been processed.

​

5. Refunds

​

Once an eligible returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued. Processing times vary by financial institution and are outside our control.

6. Exchanges and Replacements

​

We do not currently offer traditional product exchanges.

​

When appropriate, we may provide a replacement for a product that arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect.

Replacement availability may depend on current inventory. If an appropriate replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead.

7. Scent Preferences

​

Fragrance is personal, and individual scent preferences can vary.

​

A dislike of a particular fragrance does not make a product defective. Products that have been opened or used are therefore generally not eligible for return solely because of scent preference.

An unopened and unused product may still qualify for return under Section 1 if the return is requested within the applicable return period.

​

8. Promotions, Bundles, and Discounted Purchases

​

Products purchased as part of a promotion, bundle, or discount are generally subject to the same eligibility requirements described in this Policy unless different terms were disclosed with the offer.

If only part of a bundle is returned, any refund may be adjusted to reflect the promotional pricing or discount applied to the original purchase.

9. Refused and Undeliverable Packages

​

Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or another delivery issue not caused by [AS]. Spray may be subject to deductions for shipping costs actually incurred, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Abuse of the Return Policy

We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to decline returns or refund requests involving suspected fraud, repeated abuse of this Policy, altered products, intentional product damage, or purchases that do not meet the eligibility requirements described above.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
