[AS]. Spray currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 5–7 business days after payment is successfully completed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order for shipment and is separate from the carrier's estimated transit or delivery time.

During product launches, promotions, holidays, periods of high order volume, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, processing may take longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you using the contact information provided at checkout.

3. Shipping Rates

7. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery area, household members, neighbors when appropriate, and any delivery information provided by the carrier.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier inquiries when appropriate. However, [AS]. Spray cannot guarantee replacement of packages confirmed by the carrier as properly delivered.

8. Damaged or Leaking Packages

We take care in preparing [AS]. Spray for shipment. However, damage can occasionally occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or otherwise unusable, please contact us promptly at info@as-spray.com.

• A brief description of the issue

• Photographs of the damaged product and packaging, when reasonably available

This information helps us evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please do not use a product if the packaging or container has been damaged in a way that makes the product unsafe or unsuitable for use.
